Due to the various factors involved in our services such as underlying larger issues, equipment location, safety considerations, code updates, and other miscellaneous materials needed, we are unable to provide an accurate price over the phone.
Hoffmann Brothers does have a service fee which is traditionally $95. This is for our trained Appliance professional to come to your home and complete a thorough evaluation of the issue and provide detailed options for repairs or replacement. We will not move forward with any additional work without your approval on the work and pricing.
Available discounts may vary, we encourage asking your technician what discounts may be available. We always offer 10% off for Seniors and Military members. You can also join our Home Protection Plan for a discounted service fee of $49 and discounts across all services.
Hoffmann Brothers does offer warranty. The specific warranties will vary depending on the work involved, our professionals will be sure to walk you through the warranty included when they present the detailed work options during your visit.
Yes, Hoffmann Brothers offers our convenient Fix Now, Pay Later program. This offers low interest, monthly payments for anything over $500.
